Screening and Assessment
Placewell’s rigid and strict screening assessment procedures are at par with international standards. It engages professionals and experts under whose watchful guidance and supervision candidates undergo rigorous knowledge and skills testing.
Placewell arranges for client interviews of short listed workers, if they so desire, whether personally or online and tele conferencing.
Pre-qualification Testing and Training
Placewell has modern facilities for testing and training of applicants. If a technical or trade test is required, Placewell can provide assistance for the conduct of such through its network of technical or trade test institutions — public or private.
A work-ready candidate of the Company undergoes a government-mandated Pre-Deployment Orientation Seminar (PDOS). Placewell is an accredited PDOS-provider since 1988. It conducts the orientation in its own premises. The PDOS is a one-day session where the candidate is immersed in a comprehensive overview of the country of work–its culture, language, banking and business practices as well as relevant information concerning the worker’s place of work.
In less than 45 days the Company assists the worker in the A to Z requirements for departure, including passport, visa, medical examination, and other legal documentation. Where authorized by the employer, it provides assistance services including translation, authentication of documents, and airport meet-and-greet.
Post Deployment Services
Maintaining regular contact with a deployed worker and his family is part of the Company’s strategy of ensuring smooth post-deployment transition. This is also to ensure that the worker goes along well in his workplace and that his family feels assured and secured.
